Are there group discounts available?

Yes. If you are looking to purchase ten or more tickets, enter the promotional code “GROUPSALE” to unlock a 10% group discount. There are no discounts on VIP tickets.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Children 10 and under get in free! All ages are welcome. Valid ID must be presented to consume alcohol on-site.

I have a promo code, where do I enter it?

Click the blue “Enter Promotional Code” link in the upper right-hand corner of the ticket purchase page.

What’s the refund policy?

Refunds are not accepted. Once you purchase the future- it’s yours!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There will be parking for $14 in front of Pier 48, we also encourage rideshares.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The venue is all on the first floor and there are no stairs.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Digital or printed tickets will be accepted at the door.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. Log into your Eventbrite account to update registration information.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable to a different day?

No.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes.

Is there a store at the event to purchase futuristic items?

Yes! There is a “Future Store” where exhibitors sell their tech (sometimes this store is the only place in the world where you can find something!). You can also visit our online future store at https://livefuturely.com.
